GRADUATES SYNERGY PROJECTS

Graduates are the best human resources for the long-term development of the country. With intellectual skills and flexibility, they can respond to challenges of unemployment, and other development issues.

However, in Tanzania more efforts are needed to help the young graduates to open and run their own projects. There have been no special manifest efforts, which aim at helping unemployed graduates to create employment in a private sector environment. The consequence of this has leaded the graduates to compete for a limited number of vacancies. Many of them remain idle specialists when they fail to get employment in the formal sector.

Graduates Synergy's main objective is to mobilize and utilize effectively the idle talents, technical skills, experiences, innovations, advice and creativity capabilities embodied in Graduates, be they employed, unemployed or retired, through job creation, project designing and implementation as well as giving support where appropriate.

Since its establishment, GS is running the following Projects:

1. Graduates Volunteers Service

2. Youths HIV/AIDS awareness Club

3. Children Libraries

4. Graduates Synergy Secondary School

5. Overseas Graduates Exchange Program on Tours and Studies

Graduates Synergy is ready to unite and develop all Graduates in the world, starting with Tanzania as a focal point. The organisation invites any kind of partner program or organisation, Donor, Affiliates to join hands and fight against poverty.
